Input lag issue is https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1199450 and should be fixed in revision 955

Doesn't crash, completely unusable, showing rendered image from installed/pre-shutdown system, having graphical seizures every mouse move pixel, can't see anything of the current session.
See above, only difference is you can not Ctrl+Alt+delete to reboot, you can't see all text on shutdown, and you can get to a TTY.
Unknown first error.
Same as pleia2, pulls up, everything is laggy, no TTYs, shutdown shows everything typed in the session.
Pulls up, mouse move very laggy, graphically seems to lag, and get less than half as many FPS as X.org.

Starts up, is fairly responsive, screen flickers on some events (pulling up application menu, mouse move), window contents sometimes lost until clicking or typing in it. Still has above issues with TTYs and shutdown.
Boots into regular xorg and in

XMir starts up, screen flickers and is laggy on events like changing workspaces and tab-changing application windows - often showing previous application for a moment. In xfce4-terminal it prints characters and then will delete them and show them again: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mir/+bug/1208242 when shutting down the text I typed in my session shows up in the console during shutdown video of all here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfroweheIEU
Fallback to Xorg. Same error as pleia2
Works, but UI has bad lag
Fallback to Xorg. Same error
Works nicely
Fallback to Xorg. Same error
Working great
Success! Two cursors, big black one not moving at all (not very responsive system)
Works, very responsive.
Success! Auxiliary black cursor moving unorderly
Success but two cursors were moving in tandem on screen. The big black one should have stayed put.
Hardware described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/skellat/netbook-profile
Netbook had a string of apport failures on getting to desktop. It booted but was useless.

Same error as pleia2

Graphics: Card: NVIDIA G98M [Quadro NVS 160M] X.Org: 1.14.2 drivers: (unloaded: fbdev, vesa) FAILED: nouveau Resolution: 1280x800 GLX Renderer: Gallium 0.4 on NV98 GLX Version: 3.0 Mesa 9.1.6
Display is working correctly, XMir successfully started. There is no mouse lag, but minor tearing when dragging a window. Second monitor is attached, mirroring the laptop display.
Significant performance drops with glxgears. Using nouveau on saucy without XMir gives a consistent 120 FPS. With XMir, it stays around 80 FPS, unless I move the mouse, then it drops to 30 FPS
similar error as above but for version 0.0.8 - Xmir not running
Xmir works (but nm-applet & apport-gtk crashes)
tested if flash worked and it did perfectly, fullscreen and 720p runs smootly no aparent error, wifi works, cant see anything not working touchscreen works perfectly when i went to shut down it kept flickering showing the xubuntu logo and the log of all i've wrote in the session but eventually it asked me to remove the installation media and shut down.
dual monitors where mirrored by default i see no option to change its mode, http://i.imgur.com/yHSAH2F.png the zoom mouse pointer in the image shows a broken box, this can not be screenshotted. i can play 1080p videos No sound, but i guess thats not an mir issue, after tinkering with the pavucontrol optins it started to work, it was muted by default. i got several tumbler error crash reports no aparent errors i can call critical
Lots of lag while typing still, glxgears reports more than 500FPS, lots of video tearing, 1080p videos cripple, still bad dual monitoring.
Tried on laptop - completely unusable. Not sure how to describe it - but I'll try … how about - screen split into 5 or 6 regions - alternating between coloured and black/white - zigzagging across the screen or a picture tells a thousand words - http://imagebin.org/266445
works ok - other than the slow cursor problems
On laptop - did a clean install and then installed xorg-server-mir, unity-system-compositor - rebooted, flashing login screen - boots to desktop - appearing to work ok. Laggy scrollback refresh in XChat. Opening new tabs in firefox - you can see them appearing from left to right affected by https://bugs.launchpad.net/mir/+bug/1196239
Works ok on this machine. Slow cursor movement, seems like tping through treacle in livecd, installing - seems ok here. http://imagebin.org/266502 Not really all that responsive though.
reinstalled to this machine - no changes noticed to issues noted previously Same as the laptop on this machine Tried to get some info from #ubuntu-mir previously
<smspillaz> elfy: I've noticed that the displayed frames don't always keep up with the surface submitted frames <smspillaz> elfy: I think its a known issue? <smspillaz> elfy: I'm not entirely sure at the moment. The client I'm working on now I know has some issues to do with frames being submitted at the wrong time so I could just be that we're seeing different things
Useable, text input is very laggy. No graphical glitches
http://lderan.co.uk/xmir.jpg Doesn't even get to the “install / tryout” screen
Xmir appears to work just fine on this machine: http://imagebin.org/266460 http://imagebin.org/266462
The first screenshot shows the error message I get when I boot thru ubiquity (not that its worth much, information wise).
As before, the video/xmir portion work just fine on the LiveUSB.
Falls back to Xorg.

The boot screen has some issues https://s3.amazonaws.com/devokun/xubuntu1304_xmir_macbook_boot_2013-08-04_19.47.58.jpg
Launches Xmir, but there are some errors. https://s3.amazonaws.com/devokun/macbook_xubuntu_xmir_test_08042013_19%3A54%3A46.png
Text input is very laggy. Tried to make a video of the keyboard issues using GTK-RecordMyDesktop and screenkey, however when I started recording the screen the text input behaves as you would expect. When stopping the recording, the text input goes back to being malfunctional.
Xmir appears to work perfectly. https://s3.amazonaws.com/devokun/lenovo_xubuntu_xmir_test_08042013_19%3A37%3A12.png
All is well here. if I move my mouse it seems to help the cursor/text along.
Couldn't get 64bit ISO to work on any USB stick available (which I use to install several other 64bit distributions). Ran tests on 32bit ISO on my two laptops.
Booted OK, got to choose to run Live CD or install. Chose Live CD and got some errors for nm-applet and apport-gtk, but otherwise fine. http://www.sjolund.se/pix/sonyvaio.png
Experienced the lag when typing as mentioned before. I also got to see everything I wrote in the session including my Bitcasa password in clear text when shutting down the laptop.
Did not get the screen where to choose to start Live CD or install. Just booted and finally got an error: Installation failed The installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again.
After clicking OK I got a session: http://www.sjolund.se/pix/asuseeepc900.png
I did not experience the same lag when typing, though it could be because my typing was slower on the tiny keyboard. I did however get the same issue with all my typing being shown in clear text when shutting down the laptop.
Same issue with the 64bit ISO, for strange reasons it never boots the USB stick, just the blinking cursor in the upper left corner of the screen, like just before GRUB loads on my usual systems.
Everything booted up just nicely. http://www.sjolund.se/pix/asuseeepc900_0.0.9r970.png No lag and no showing text when shutting down.
The live session runs on Xmir. Experience normal for a development ISO image. The installed failed in the sense that the reboot did not bring a desktop running on Xmir. I did not tick Install Third Party Software. So, the Nvidia driver was not active. I checked this in Additional Drivers and Nouveau was the driver. I rebooted and now I have Xubuntu running on Xmir. It may take a second reboot to bring up Xmir. The platform is stable and applications load and run as they should. The ordinary user would not notice if it was Xserver or Xmir. So, I do not think that the issue of needing a second reboot is important. There are a couple of minor issues with Xmir which are known and have been present since Ollie Reis PPA was opened. Using that PPA I have been running Xubuntu+xmir since the beginning of July.
Appears to be working consistantly on ATI A series APU, however flickering when selecting menu items and moving windows. When logging out synaptics mouse becomes unusable. Ran from USB boot and Virtualbox
Testing is based on the ISO from http://vanir.unit193.tk/mir/ on 06.08.2013: works perfectly on the internal laptop monitor but screen goes blank and not responsive when hot-plugging to the dock-station with the second monitor
works perfectly with the internal netbook monitor
works perfectly
doesn't work, just show the blank screen, even can't switch to text console.
Everything worked well. System booted, no on-screen corruption, desktop booted and was snappy to use. Ran glxgears and got an average frame rate of ~1133 FPS.
Seems to work well, but after some hours of usage started seeing the “input-latency problem” in some apps, solved for some minutes by relogin; random gaming seems to be ok, mir didn't crash under “heavy usage” (it was slow as hell though!)
there is direct rendering (glxinfo | grep -i direct, the common command), and stuff seems to work outside that
(all testing under live session)
Everything worked perfectly while logged in. Ran glxgears and got and average framerate of 4700 fps. No typing lag. No issues dragging windows around.
However, got flashing background after logging out. After logging back in, Xorg crashed with SIGABRT.
